Description and ingredients
Its true strength lies in its simplicity: capable of evoking enveloping sensations, the 85% extra dark chocolate has a rich and harmonious aroma, typical of the dominant Central American scent, with a peaty nuance. It blends with decisive slowness, gradually bringing out all the intensity of the cocoa mass and the slightly smoky note, typical of the processing. The fine blends of Criollo and Forastero cocoa it contains make it a perfect chocolate to pair with aged spirits, passito, Olong tea, cigars and tobacco.
