The 77%, enriched with roasted cocoa bean nibs, offers surprising spicy accents and hints of fruit fondue. The 85%, with Venezuelan cocoa, reveals elegant scents of flowers, fruit, and cream. The 90% unveils the balance between power and grace. The 80% barrel-aged takes the journey to a higher level: Caribbean cocoa aged in rum barrels and smoked Pacific beans for a deep, almost liqueur-like taste.
