Lemon-scented pistachio paste and highly prized matcha tsuru tea, naturally rich in polyphenols and antioxidants and with a thousand-year history behind it. A recipe originally from Japan, reinterpreted in an Italian key to give the perfect blend of oriental flavours and Mediterranean scents: three-layer chocolate, where the sweet notes of vanilla and citrus of lemon perfectly balance the herbaceous ones of tea.
